VPLT.JOBmarket specializes in the entertainment industry for an overview of job advertisements (in the following job) and further training opportunities.
1 What information do we collect from stakeholders on our pages, how do we use them and what should you pay attention to?
When you register with VPLT.JOBmarket, your username and e-mail address will be stored by us to let you know about the progress of your registration and employers’ responses to your applications. After the registration, you have the possibility to enter further data in your profile, so-called personal user data such as: address, telephone number, photo, birthday and links to your social media profiles.
The personal user data will be kept strictly confidential and will not be passed on to potential employers, unless you create a CV (see section 1.3.) And actively add it to your application.
1.1. Application profile
For your application profile and the other services listed below, you can register directly by entering your data on our website.

VPLT.JOBmarket offers you the possibility to submit your CVs to our database. If you want to create a CV, you must also provide personal user data. To create your CV you need a job profile.
When creating a CV, various data are mandatory. You can recognize this by the asterisk. Moreover, the deposit of personal data is completely optional and voluntary. The personal data collected in this way can be used in particular to send you offers from potential employers also in other ways. In order to ensure your proper registration, that is, to prevent unauthorized applications on behalf of third parties, we will send you a confirmation e-mail after your registration in which we ask for confirmation of the registration.
You can use the CVs stored in our database to attach them to applications, if you want to apply directly to a job that appears at VPLT.JOBmarket directly online. CVs are not visible or searchable for anyone. They will only be used as an electronic help in your application. Data contained in this document will not be communicated to third parties in any form. The CV is not sent as a snapshot, but as a link. Changes that you make later in this CV also change the version sent to a potential employer. We can not, of course, rule out the fact that the employer will record and archive the resume you have saved as a snapshot in your electronic databases.
You can disable your CV at any time to prevent access to your CV. Of course, you can also delete your CV at any time.
We can not assume any responsibility for the confidential treatment of your data by the potential employer or employer. Please remember to include information in the curriculum vitae.
1.3. JOBabo
To use JOBabo you have to register first. When you create JOBabos, you will regularly receive e-mail information about jobs that match the criteria you define.
1.4 Application History
To enable you to track your applications through VPLT.JOBmarket and tailor our services to your needs, we will save your VPLT.JOBmarket applications that you can access through your application profile.
If you attach a CV and / or a cover letter to the VPLT.JOBmarket application form, we will save your CV and cover letter for the application.
We use the saved applications in order to provide you with an overview of the applications in your application profile. In addition, we may also use the stored applications in anonymised form only to make the VPLT.JOBmarket services more market-friendly.
1.5 Transfer of personal data
If you apply online to a offered job at VPLT.JOBmarket, the following personal data will be forwarded to the contact who will send the job: Name, e-mail address and CV (date). In addition to the above data, an application form (text) must be entered in the application form so that the application can be submitted and forwarded to the employer. The CVs stored in your CV will then be displayed as a link in the e-mail generated by the employer, if you have actively selected this in the application form as a registered user.
1.6 Processing and deleting your data
You have the right to access your data, obtain information about your data and correct it.
If you want to change or delete your data or your CV in the database, simply log in to your application profile and use the appropriate functions. Deleting one or more saved CVs is possible within the “CVs” area; All data for the registration for your applicant profile can be deleted completely in the section “My profile”. If you want to have your CV or personal data deleted by us, we will gladly do this for you. Similarly, we will immediately notify you of your personal password if you lose it.
VPLT.JOBmarket is entitled at any time to terminate this service or to delete your data completely or partially without giving reasons. There is no claim to publish your data.
2 What information is collected by us from job providers as part of the use of our website and how do we use them?
2.1. Registration
For registration at VPLT.JOBmarket a user password is required beside your e-mail address. This serves to ensure the access security of the corresponding profile.
2.2. Company profile
The data of the company profile is used to optimize the search processes and to better link several vacancies.
2.3. Job package
Payment processing for our job packages is via PayPal. The terms and conditions set out by PayPal shall apply. Further information can be found under AGB.
2.4. Advertise Job
Job offers are made via the tab “for employers” “advertise job”. This requires a complete registration on the website as well as the selection of the desired job package.
3 What information do we collect and generally collect when using our website and how do we use it?

5 Who processes your data?
Our website is hosted by pixelpaten GmbH, Wilhelm-Weber-Straße 39, 37073 Göttingen. The data center operates Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestrasse 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. The processing of the data sent by you therefore also takes place through these companies. In so far as VPLT.JOBmarket serves third parties for the provision of the offered services, VPLT.JOBmarket is entitled to pass on your data to the extent necessary for the technical administration and maintenance of the VPLT.JOBmarket products. VPLT.JOBmarket is currently informed about this in its data protection policy.
6 Information and other rights under the BDSG
Under the Federal Data Protection Act, you have a right to free information about your stored data as well as a right to rectification, blocking or deletion of this data. We also refer to para. 1.6 above.
7 Data security and archiving
