YOUR TASKS:
- Circuit design in the field of processor-controlled motor drives and buscontrolled lighting elements
- PCB design of high density printed circuit boards considering EMC and ESD
resistance - Requirements definition and selection of key components
- Commissioning, testing and validation of prototypes in close coordination with
colleagues from firmware development and mechanical development - Development of test equipment
- Support of development samples up to production readiness, generation of
production data sets - Product maintenance over the entire life cycle of the product (implementation
and testing of alternative components, e.g. in the case of component
discontinuations or cost down measures) - Documentation and maintenance of all development-relevant requirements,
commissioning and test results and manufacturing data records - Maintenance of component libraries and ECAD tools
YOU BRING:
- Completed degree in electrical engineering or communications engineering
- 4+ years of professional experience in circuit design for industrially
manufactured products - Excellent knowledge of analog and digital circuit technology
- Very good and practical methodology in commissioning and fault analysis of
prototypes - Experience in independent and successful development of test routines and test
equipment for validation of product performance - Several years of practical experience in PCB design using common ECAD tools
(e.g. Altium, Orcad, Mentor etc) with consideration of DFM - Good knowledge of industrial manufacturing processes for the production of
electronic assemblies - Inventive mentality
- High level of abstraction combined with the simultaneous ability to also switch
to the detailed level - Very good command of written and spoken English
